Text messaging terms and conditions
Appliance Doctor (Appliance Doctor Corp) sends text messages about field service work you have asked us to do. We use Albusto to send them on our behalf.
These are customer care messages about a job you requested. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not add your number to any list.
You gave us your mobile number when you asked for service — on the phone, on our website or booking form, or by texting us, and by doing so you agreed to receive text messages about that request. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We only text you about that request.
Messages are sent in response to your service request, so the number varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you. Reply HELP and you get our contact details. Both work automatically, at any time, and the first message in every conversation tells you so.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number, your opt-in to text messages, or your consent with anyone else for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
We share your number only with the companies that deliver the messages for us — our software provider and the mobile carriers — and only so the message reaches you. We keep the conversation as part of your service record. See our Privacy Policy.
